ShamgarWatch Tower
A watchful community is a safer one. A focused member network built to keep the people and places you care about informed.
One place to stay connected and informed.
Watch Tower helps Virginia communities share verified safety information without creating alarm. Members see what is happening nearby, report what they notice for careful review, and prepare together with practical training and monthly briefings.
Today's Watch Dashboard
A personal daily summary: reports this month, activity across Virginia, your own submissions, and your training streak — each with a change against the previous period.
Live Incident Map
See privacy-aware reports pinned across the state, with counts for what is in view, the last seven days, high and critical items, and how many counties are affected.
Filter and Time Travel
Switch between 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, a year, five years, or all time, scrub the timeline day by day, and filter by category and severity.
Guided Tip Submission
A four-step form walks you through what happened, where, when, and any details — with plain categories like suspicious person, suspicious vehicle, or trespassing.
Verified Bulletins
Monthly statewide briefings explain what the network reported, what it means, and the clear next step — with the option to get each digest by email.
Preparedness Training
A library of short lessons, scenarios, and drills with run times and difficulty levels, filtered by type or by foundational, intermediate, and advanced.
Alerts and Notifications
An in-app alert center keeps new bulletins and community activity in one place, with notification preferences you control.
Moderated, Not Alarmist
Every tip is reviewed before it reaches the community, and the app makes clear it is not an emergency service — urgent situations still go to 911.
Your Account, Your Way
Manage your profile, organization or church, city, appearance, notifications, privacy, and account security from one settings screen.
A look at every screen.
Watch Tower is built mobile first. Five simple tabs — home, map, report, alerts, and more — put awareness, reporting, briefings, and training a thumb away.
